Job's Daughters
takes its name from the Book of Job, in the Bible, with particular reference to the 42nd chapter, 15th verse

"And in all the land were no women found so fair as the Daughters of Job; and their Father gave them inheritance among their brethren."

Our organization
was  founded in 1920 for young women between the ages of 10 -20 who are related to a Mason. It's based on the foundation of high morals, love of God and country and respect for its flag and laws, love of family and friends and respect for parents.  Job's Daughters International is the only international organization for girls that requires all of its members to have a relationship to a Master Mason, and while it is no part of the Masonic Fraternity, this pre-requisite ties it closely to the Masonic Order.

Our international charity
the Hearing Impaired Kid's Endowment  (The HIKE Fund), provides hearing assistive devices for children in need. Our popular "hike for HIKE" provides a special charitable service to our community.

Members
learn and develop leadership skills, public speaking, how to manage finances, support a variety of charity and service projects.  "Jobies" also enjoy fellowship among each other in a safe wholesome environment and participate in many "fun" projects and activities. We attend dances, go bowling, skating, and swimming parties.
